UCSF Health NPIII Promotional Opportunity
The UCSF Health Nurse Practitioner Clinical ladder recognizes the Nurse Practitioner III as a clinical expert who demonstrates excellence through advanced clinical practice, education and leadership.
The purpose of this role is to encourage nurse practitioners to become nursing leaders by participating in clinical care, research, education and service to the medical center. If awarded the promotion, it is valid for 3 years.
Initial application packets are accepted twice a year, on the last business day of March and the last business day of September.
Reappointment application packets are accepted twice a year, on the last business day of February and the last business day of August.
