The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Advisory Board in conjunction with the APP Onboarding Committee created an onboarding experience for new hires to have the resources, tools, provider community and professional opportunities needed to thrive in their career at UCSF Health.

The purpose is to connect you with other APPs and the resources, tools, and professional opportunities needed to thrive at UCSF. We hope this onboarding experience provides a sense of community within the APP workforce and fosters a support system for you as a new APP at UCSF.

Advanced Practice Provider In-Person Onboarding Schedule

This all-day in-person session is presented by our Office of Advanced Practice Providers (OAPP) and our APP Onboarding Committee. The topics covered are as follows:

•    APP Direct Patient Care Billing Guidelines; APP Utilization West and East Bay

•    Thriving as a Provider, Professional Development, Committee Opportunities, and Onboarding Evaluation
