Do you precept APP students from external (non-UCSF) APP programs?
If so, please make sure all your students complete this SmartSheet at least three months in advance of their rotation. This is necessary to confirm that UCSF has an active affiliation agreement with each external school sending students to UCSF.
Also, please make sure your direct manager is aware of upcoming students for help with the student's badge, access, and confirmation that the required UC Learnings are completed. Click here for a slide deck outlining the steps your direct manager must take.
